How is this program different from other holistic health coaching programs?
Burnout to Breakthrough was created by a healthcare leader, for healthcare leaders + women in medicine. I’ve been in your shoes and I know firsthand the challenges of trying to make space for yourself first, while also serving others. It can be challenging at first, but you deserve to serve from a place of overflow rather than overwhelm.
How much time will this take me per week?
We will meet virtually for a 60-minute call once per week twice a month. We will have integration weeks, where we don't have a weekly session, to focus on restoring and integrating the wisdom + tools learned during our sessions together. The time you dedicate to yourself is ultimately up to you. I do believe you can create meaningful change by dedicating 1 hour per day to your self-care for intentional healing.
